What’s The Best Way To Find A Good Family Lawyer?

I got two referrals: one from a family member and one from a friend. The first one never called me back, even after I left two messages. The second one took 3 days to call me back and left a very unprofessional message.
So, what now? Do I open up the phone book and *hope* I’m getting a good one?
