Does anyone know where to find attorneys to represent a group against a new coal power plant in Arkansas?

We would like to find a big league firm that could help us keep a new coal fired power plant from being built down wind of us. The plant is unnecessary because our state is rich in natural gas wells that are “coming in” daily. the health effect from these plants are well established and we don’t want it.
