Mr. Siegel: As a divorce mediator in Princeton, New Jersey, USA, I thought your video was very fair and balanced. I must admit I was expecting as an attorney you would spend your time disavowing the benefits of mediation but I did find your reasons for not using mediation (especially when there is domestic violence) to be compelling. One thing I did want to mention is at least in my experience, 98% of our clients have been able to successfully resolve all of their differences so while yes, there will always be some who go to mediation and can’t come to an agreement, the percentage at least in my experience has been extremely small. Kind Regards, Joseph F. Dillon
